Treatment Room for Rent

Flow Integrated Therapy, a small wellness and healing arts centre, is seeking holistic health practitioners to complete our team at our new and improved space, centrally located at 530 Portland Street in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This cosy and welcoming space is just off the circumferential highway (Hwy 111) on the 2nd floor of a clean, well-managed and fully accessible office building.

This opportunity is ideal for an RMT, Osteopath, Acupuncturist, Movement therapist, Somatic Practitioner, Naturopathic Doctor, Counsellor, or any other complimentary therapists who are looking for a healing space to establish & grow their own independent practice.

Space:

• 2 spacious treatment rooms with large windows (Natural light!). A third treatment space with no

windows is available for those who prefer a darker room.

• Option to have treatment room furnished, or use your own equipment & decor.
•  Shared use of a dedicated, furnished waiting area & staff room (with kitchen & storage)
• An abundance of onsite parking available for client and employee use
• The Space is freshly updated with new paint and flooring. Warm, simple, modern decor. 

You:

• Are a client-centred, trauma-informed practitioner dedicated to providing high quality care to clients.
• Are professional, clean, respectful and interested in aligning with like-minded professionals
• Have a diploma or degree from an accredited training program
• Are able to provide proof of liability insurance
• Are registered and in good standing with applicable regulatory body
• Work from a holistic perspective and have a vested interest in supporting all community members in a safe, welcoming and inclusive space.

Opportunity:

• Run your own independent practice with the advantage of sharing expenses and space with other practitioners. Some mentorship available (for start-up, practice management and growth.
• In house cross-referrals with other practitioners to help grow your client base.
• Option for rent to include use of practice management software (Noterro).
• Shared space with an established RMT with 18 years in practice and a full client load (+waiting list).
• Reasonable rental rate (or percentage), starting at $850/month (shared space)
• Flexible setup: part- or full-time room rental (Make your schedule fit your life. Find balance.) If preferred, a percentage-based contract agreement can be negotiated.
